San Francisco underground institution, The Reds, Pinks and Purples, will make their maiden voyage to the UK in June 2024. Having amassed a huge catalogue of cathartic guitar pop across at least eight LPs in the last five years and playing a smattering of shows close to home as part of the rich Bay Area scene, these dates in the UK represent their furthest trip afield to date and will feature a five-piece band made-up of musicians from SF’s thriving indie-pop underground.

Talking about the tour, Glenn said:

“After many false starts and missteps, in music and in life in general, I am coming to the UK to (affectionately) haunt your pubs and clubs with my admittedly tragic songs. I will be bringing an incredibly empathetic rock band, that will more than impress you. Thanks for buying up all the vinyl and making this project what it is: a contender, maybe? Could be. Brush up on the lyrics and see you down in front.”

To coincide with the announcement of the tour,  ‘Dull Panic and Sunday Gloom’ and ‘Did You Put Your Song Up Today?’ are available digitally for the first time. Both tracks featured on a 7” that came with limited copies of the band’s last album, The Town That Cursed Your Name, released in March of this year. Download/stream here.
